Why we're not a traditional consultancy
Traditional consultancies arrive with answers. We arrive with questions.
We don't sell packages, don't apply off-the-shelf frameworks, don't promise results disconnected from people and contexts. We work on real change — cultural, strategic, organizational — and we always start from meaning: why you exist, what makes you unique, where you want to go.

Our method is born from the intersection of strategic design, systems thinking and facilitation. Three disciplines that, combined, allow us to face complexity without oversimplifying it, to involve people without getting lost, to design strategies that don't stay in drawers but come alive in organizations.

And then there's play. Not as a metaphor, but as a practice. Play opens spaces that linear thinking can't reach. The six moves in action: the BotWorks case
BotWorks Automation is a company that was born with us. There was no brand to reposition, no communication to fix — just an empty space full of possibilities. Marketing Toys entered before the company existed, designing the entire system: business model, identity, digital strategy, marketing.

    We designed the business model with sustainability as a structural constraint, not a declared value. Then the brand identity, the digital ecosystem, the architecture of a B2B e-commerce with over 500,000 synchronized products.

    The brand was built through continuous co-creation with the technical team, sustainability experts, clients and prospects, developers and international partners. A more aligned organization because it was born together.
